My Story…

From the age of 6 years old, I knew I wanted to be a teacher. Being the eldest of 5, I had plenty of time to practice my teaching skills!

I was fortunate enough to teach in primary education for over 12 years in Ireland and Australia. I loved being a teacher.

A decade into my career, I became interested in mentoring and supporting graduate teachers. I knew I wanted to explore other career opportunities, but something was holding me back.

Facing the fear…

Whilst completing my Masters, I came to realise I was living alot of my life from a place of fear. I started to reflect on my own internal dialogue. Through deliberate conscious action, results began to show.

Within a few months, I quit my teaching job in Ireland and accepted a coaching role in Melbourne. Since moving to Australia, I have continued to work with coaches to support my own personal and professional journey.

I am also doing my doctoral studies exploring mentoring and coaching practices in teacher education.

The next chapter…

I could never have imagined that my initial teaching career would lead me to create my own website and business. I am so grateful that I have been able lean into opportunity and face my fears head on.

My coaching philosophy has totally changed my life; both personally and professionally!

I believe everyone deserves a fulfilled life, living out their purpose. This is what motivates me everyday in my work as a coach and researcher.
